What is a payment plan?

A payment plan is an agreement with the IRS to have the taxes that you owe paid out in several installment based payments over an extended time frame. This is only a viable option if you truly believe that you will be able to pay off, in full, your back taxes within that time period agreed upon with the IRS. Otherwise, we highly recommend another option

If I Qualify for this option, how can I manage it to avoid any form of default?

We work closely with you so that all the details in your account, should you be granted an installment option, are understandable to you.

Pay the minimum monthly due RELIGIOUSLY.
File all required tax documentation on time and pay all taxes in full and promptly.
Your future tax refunds will be applied to your tax debt until the debt is gone.
When paying via check, make sure to include all the pertinent details: SSN, Daytime phone number, tax year and return type on your payment.
